I was born and raised in Charlottetown. After having lived and practiced in New Brunswick for a number of years, I am extremely happy to be back on red soil, adding to the professional mental health support options in our province.

My education and certification in counselling include a Bachelor of Social Work degree from St. Thomas University (NB), as well as a Masters of Education, and Counselling Psychology degree from UNB. I’m also a member of the PEI Association of Social Workers (RSW), and a Registered Counselling Therapist (CT) with the College of Counselling Therapy PEI.
As a counsellor, I have a background in social work, have been offering counselling services since 2010, and have a genuine passion for what I do. I am committed to providing a safe and non-judgemental space — as well as my undivided time and attention — for adults to work through a diverse range of life challenges.
When I’m not at work, you’ll often find me outside with my partner, Joey, and our twin girls, Ayla & Brynlee.
